Provide your membership number when paying for qualifying purchases at participating Boyne Resorts and retail locations. This can be done with your phone, a physical card, or in some cases with your season pass.

You will earn one point per dollar spent at all participating resorts and locations, before any taxes, fees, and gratuity. For a list of qualifying purchases and participating locations, see Where to Earn Points.

Point balances do not expire if you continue to participate in the program by earning or redeeming any number of points at least once within two years. After two years of inactivity, point balances and Reward Cards expire.

You do not earn points on the deposit itself. Points will be earned once that deposit is used. If paying a deposit for lodging those points will post with your total upon check out. For lift tickets the points will be reflected on the date you are skiing.

No. BoyneRewards points may only be earned by purchasing or booking directly with our resorts or retail stores. Points are not earned for activities arranged through trade-out, as a property owner's guest or on a complimentary basis.

No. Points are only earned when a gift card is used as payment, not when purchased.

No, to receive points for lift ticket purchases, you need to purchase at the resort or through the resort's website.

To receive points for a group, you must work with a resort Group Sales department and pay the entire trip amount on one master bill. Please make sure that everyone in your group understands that they will not be receiving points from the organized trip. Max of 40,000 points can be earned for all groups.

If you paid your group leader, you cannot receive points. The group leader is entitled to the points. If you paid your bill directly to the resort, you can submit your paid receipt to BoyneRewards to receive your points.

Yes, we recommend one BoyneRewards account per family. Purchases made by the primary account holder, or immediately family members residing in the same household, will accumulate under one BoyneRewards account as long as the same BoyneRewards account is used at checkout.

No, BoyneRewards accounts can only be shared with immediate family members who reside in the same household as the primary account holder.

Please email your BoyneRewards number as well as the old and new information to change@boynerewards.com.

If you received a BoyneRewards card, you will want to go to BoyneRewards.com/activate to fully activate your account. You can accumulate points by showing this card on property but will not be able to redeem your points until you activate your account.

Your BoyneRewards account is instantly active if you sign up online at Boynerewards.com.

You do not need a BoyneRewards card anymore; just use your smartphone!

BoyneRewards members can view and use their points for orders when logged into the online resort store. The option to Pay with Points appears on the Payment screen during checkout.

BoyneRewards Pay with Points is a feature in participating online resort stores that allow members to spend their earned BoyneRewards points for online products.

Yes, members can use gift cards, vouchers, pay with points or a credit card, or any combination of these payment types. If several payments are applied, the minimum remaining amount of an order must be at least $50 to use points.

If you decide to change the number of points you want to apply, click the REMOVE/EDIT link to make the Pay with Points pane reappear. Then, you can adjust the points and click the REDEEM button again.

Members need at least 500 points to apply to an online order, equating to a $25 minimum value. Note the BoyneRewards Pay with Points pane will not display if you have less than 500 points.

You need at least 500 points in your BoyneRewards account to use the Pay with Points option. This equates to a $25 minimum value. The BoyneRewards Pay with Points option will not display when checking out online if you have less than 500 points in your account.

A member can use any amount of points up to the total number of points available or the value of the purchase order.

BoyneRewards member can redeem their points for Reward Cards. Members need at least 500 points to redeem for a Reward Card. Once Reward Card is redeemed members can show the QR code to any staff to have it applied to their transaction.

Once a Reward Card has been created we can not cancel it and put the points back into your account. The Reward Card can sit in your account until you are ready to use it. You can also use numerous Reward Cards in a purchase.

A field allows you to type in the amount you want to use. Note there is a 500-point minimum.

If you purchased with your BoyneRewards account, or provided your BoyneRewards number while at a resort, your purchase should appear in Transaction History within 24 hours after the date of purchase. For lift tickets, lessons, rentals, or other dated activities that you purchase in advance, your points may not appear in your account until your arrival date.

Each receipt claim is reviewed and resolved by a BoyneRewards team member in the order that they are submitted. Please allow up to 30 days for those claims to be resolved. You will receive an email confirmation when your claim is resolved and points are posted in your account.

You can view your Transaction History to see account activity within the past 6 months. Recent purchases will appear 24 hours after after purchase.

If you do not see points reflected 24 hours after a purchase, please complete our Claim a Receipt form online to submit all missing receipts.

Claims are accepted within six months from the date of purchase.

BoyneRewards points are earned with each individual purchase, even if you charge it to your room.

For anything that you charged to your room, make sure to upload your final lodging folio that includes itemized charges.
